Goods reclaim
You can return the ordered goods within 30 days without giving a reason. The products you return must be undamaged and unworn. We do not change the products! If you ordered a shirt from us and the size doesn't fit you (you want to exchange it), you need to send it back and create a new order. The money for the returned goods will be credited to your bank account no later than 14 days after delivery to us - but usually within a few working days. Please do not send the products cash on delivery and keep the tracking number after sending.
To return products, please print and fill out the following form, where you do not forget to indicate the order number, account number in IBAN format and others. Then attach the completed form to the package.
